2. Duplicate Payments

3. Service Not Delivered
If a paid service is not delivered within the promised timeline due to system errors or our fault, the user can raise a request for a full refund within 3 days of purchase.
4. Cancellation of Paid Membership
Users may cancel their paid membership anytime, but no refund will be given for unused days or services.
No refund will be entertained for voluntary deactivation of the account by the user.
5. Disputes & Abuse
If a user is found misusing the platform, or in violation of our Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to terminate the membership without any refund.
